Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of VetPrep Nepal, an educational technology product of Inicrea Technologies.
Effective August 6, 2026VetPrep Nepal is an independent examination-preparation platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Nepal Veterinary Council.
1. Educational purpose
VetPrep Nepal provides independent examination-preparation materials. It is not the official NVC app, does not speak for the Nepal Veterinary Council, and does not guarantee examination success, eligibility, registration, employment, or any professional outcome. Official Council notices always take precedence.
2. Permitted use
- Use the service lawfully for personal examination preparation.
- Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
- Do not scrape, copy, resell, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
- Do not present practice scores or app activity as a recognized veterinary qualification.
3. Learning content
Questions and explanations must be independently prepared or used with permission. Users and contributors may not upload confidential, leaked, unlawfully obtained, or copyrighted examination material without authorization. We may remove disputed material while ownership or permission is reviewed.
4. Clinical and professional limitations
The service is designed for examination preparation, not diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or public clinical veterinary advice. Clinical educational content should be reviewed by appropriately registered veterinary professionals before publication. Always use current professional standards and qualified clinical judgment.
5. Accounts and availability
Features may require an account. We may restrict access for abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or material breaches of these terms. We may update features and content to maintain accuracy, safety, and reliability.
6. Payments
Prices and access periods are shown before purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions are explained in the Payments and Refund Terms and may also be governed by the relevant app store or payment provider.
7. No certificates or qualification claims
VetPrep Nepal does not issue certificates suggesting completion of an NVC-recognized program, veterinary degree, license, registration, or other recognized veterinary qualification.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. Questions or legal requests may be submitted through the official support channel shown in the app or website.
