Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information VetPrep Nepal may process and the purposes for which it is used.
Effective August 6, 2026VetPrep Nepal is an independent examination-preparation platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Nepal Veterinary Council. For official examination rules, dates, fees, eligibility, and registration requirements, visit the Nepal Veterinary Council directly at vcn.gov.np.
1. Information we may collect
- Account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account status.
- Learning activity such as answers, scores, review history, progress, and saved preferences.
- Technical information such as app version, device type, security events, diagnostics, and approximate network information.
2. How information is used
- Authenticate accounts and synchronize study progress.
- Provide free account access and support.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Service providers and disclosure
Hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, and app store providers may process the limited information needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
4. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including security, support, transaction, tax, and legal recordkeeping. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices
You can permanently delete your account and saved mock-exam history directly in the app from Profile under Account > Delete account. You may request access or correction through the official support channel. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve transactions and disputes. You can manage app permissions through device settings.
6. Children and changes
The service is intended for veterinary graduates and examination candidates, not children. Material policy changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
